During the cooler months and Winter (from 1-4-09 to 31-8-09) we are closed on Tuesdays NOTE: Please make sure you fill out the "Shipping Address" when ordering, otherwise the Website will not be able to work out the shipping costs. We will then need to contact you via email with the extra charges which will hold up your order as we can't process the order without getting a go-ahead in writting on the new order total. Delivery usually takes from 1 to 7 business days for your order to arrive depending on where you live . Often SAME day delivery, from day of dispatch, in the Sydney Local Area(Yellow) and often Over Night, from day of dispatch, in the Short-Haul Area(Blue). Country Areas and other States typically take from 2-7 business days. All orders over $95.00 in the "Sydney Local Area(Yellow)" are delivered FREE of charge, orders under $95.00 are subject to the nominal $5.50 delivery fee. All orders over $125.00 in the "Short Haul Area(Blue)" are delivered free of charge, orders under $125.00 are subject to the nominal $7.50 delivery fee. Shipping is charged per order, from 1 item to multiple items, NOT per item like some Websites are charging. NOTE: Some items will fit into a Parcel Post Satchel costing $6.00 - $10.00 posted to anywhere in Australia. For this shipping option please e-mail us at sales@allpoolsolutions.com.au with your name, contact phone number(s) and we will call you to organize shipment. This method is really only advantageous for small, single orders(that will fit in the STD "red letter boxes" up to 3kg max.) and for those that live in areas where shipping via Courier is not worth the cost.

NOTE:
Most couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is the only place we can send your order to you, it will be sent via Australia Post and may take a little longer to arrive.
